Well Known for his striking use of colour, He is a genuine and naturally creative painter whose ability visually excites his audience. This impressionistic work will hang comfortably in any home, full of atmosphere, the heat of the day radiates out, warming heart and soul. Framed size 37cm x 51cm, aperture 24cm x 38cm. Of Anglo Irish parentage Ken Moroney was born in South London during 1949. In 1976 The Royal Academy nominated him as one of a few promising young artists to emerge this century. Exhibited at The R A London, The Beau Paris, and the Kline Galleries Canada, to name but a few. His paintings display a tremendous understanding of subject, colour and composition. Earlier works were incredibly detailed, but gradually his style has become far more impressionistic.
