An Original Water colour Painting By Francisco J Torrome Exh 1890 until 1908 The painting depicts a work horses and man in a barn, the man is at the side of the horse tacking it up ready for work. The painting has broad brush-strokes and the light, shadow and movement play an important part in the work making it an interesting piece. The painting is a wonderful example of Torromes work and remains in very fine condition. The painting is mounted behind glass and presented in a very fine giltwood frame. This painting is signed lower right. A very fine painting by a highly accomplished artist. Francisco J Torrome was born in London. Torrome was a landscape and Military painter primarily in water colours. Torrome exhibited between 1890 and 1908 at a number of top galleries some of which to name are Dudley Gallery and New Dudley Gallery 14 times, Walker Gallery Liverpool twice, Royal Academy eight times, Royal Society of British Arti
