EXHIBITED 1920s on Water color study of an industrial canal scene. The picture is not signed but it came with a collection of the artists work, some of which were signed. The image size is 5.25 x 6.25 and it is not framed. It is in nice clean original condition but there are a few pale marks on the paper surrounding the picture. Easily mounted out without spoiling the painting. POST AND PACKING INCLUSIVE. George Cooper was a Birmingham artist. He lived in Ladywood, Birmingham 1920 and Edgbaston, Birmingham 1934.
